Cancellation policy

To cancel your order, you can easily use the hassle-free cancellation request option found in the order panel. Alternatively, you can call or send us a message.
 
The convenience fee applied to the orders is only refundable in the event that the buyer cancels the order. Should we decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. This fee is only incurred if the customer decides to return the item and cancels the order.
 
If an order is canceled by the customer prior to shipment, a convenience fee of 2% will be subtracted; if the order is canceled after shipment, there will be a 5% cost. If the buyer wants to change the purchase after it has been shipped, 3% will be subtracted; there are no fees if the order is changed prior to shipment. The refund amount will be deducted from these charges. If the customer chooses to request a refund, that process will begin as soon as we receive the item in the same condition as it was shipped.
 
The aforementioned fees are only relevant if the buyer makes such demands; if we take such action, there will be no fees.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please contact the manufacturer support center if you have any issues about a product that is covered by a warranty. ACS Computers has a lenient cancellation policy since it values providing its clients with the best support possible. In accordance with this directive.

The customer should save the packaging materials until the return window opens. This will enable them to pack the product in its original packaging and prevent damage from occurring during transit.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at  contact@acscomputersonline.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then
mail your return to the following address: support@acscomputersonline.com

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Only in the event that the goods we deliver is damaged, sent in error, is dead, or is defective, do we accept returns and refund requests. After delivery, customers have seven days—7 days to notify us of any discrepancies. so they can request a return or refund. The buyer must notify us of the problem by calling or, if emailing, by emailing.
 
Refunds for some product purchases will not be available; only part replacements for defective or damaged products will be accepted.
 
Returns and refunds are not accepted if the product's seal has been broken, opened, used and it is in new condition and not defective.
 
The customer should save the packaging materials including box, pouches and covers until the return window opens. This will enable them to pack the product in its original packaging and prevent damage from occurring during transit. Any missing parts or accessories from the product package will result in the cancellation of any return or refund request.
 
The product must be packaged exactly as the buyer got it; do not put tape or glue on the product or the product box directly as this could result in the cancellation of your return request.
 
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including with all of the attachments.
 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days
from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
