Diagnostic Deposit

What this is: a refundable deposit we collect before opening a device for diagnosis. It guarantees we’ll allocate technician time, source parts, and give you a fixed-price repair quote — typically within 24 hours.

How it works:

1. You pay ₹499 at checkout along with your repair service.
2. We diagnose your device and call you with a transparent repair quote.
3. If you approve → we proceed with the repair, and this ₹499 is deducted from your final bill.
4. If you decline → you owe nothing more. The ₹499 covers our diagnostic time.

When you need this: automatically suggested with any hardware repair service — motherboard, screen, keyboard, battery, liquid damage, MacBook, printer, or data recovery.

Software services (virus removal, OS install, tune-up) don’t need a deposit — we quote those upfront.
